    Interpersonal competence includes behaviors that exhibit, among other traits, positive interactions with co-workers and customers, empathic listening, emotionally intelligent communications that are both assertive and mindful of the views and feelings of others, and efforts to find mutually supportive outcomes when negotiating and addressing. The aim of this paper is to identify the interpersonal communication skills that enhance organizational commitment. To do so in a descriptive survey, the models provided by Robbins and Hunsaker and by Allen and Meyer were used to measure interpersonal communication skills and organizational commitment respectively.
